Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the best places in Africa for game viewing it is commonly known for its diversity of wild animals, it is one of the biggest parks in Africa covering an area of 1510 square kilometers
It is located in the southwest of Kenya, boarding Tanzania’s Serengeti national park.
Having a safari in Masai Mara one is expected to have the opportunity to see the big 5 lion cheetah, African buffalo, elephant other wild animals include wildebeest, giraffes, zebra, and many others, Masai Mara is also a home of more than 500 birds species.
Masai Mara includes Mara River whereby millions of animals use this river as their bridge to migrate to and from Tanzania
Early in the morning, our driver will pick you up in your hotel in Nairobi depart for Masai Mara national reserve via the Great Rift Valley have our first stopover have sightseeing take photos, proceed with the journey, upon arrival, there will be a check-in at the lodge have lunch and get ready for an afternoon game drive till late in the evening spotting great wild animals including the Big 5 later dinner and overnight at your lodge
On this day you will have a full day drive, hereby you are expected to have your picnic lunch, you will have 2 game drives during the morning and during the evening, During the drives, you will be able to spot animals at a very close distance, you will be on the lookout for the big cats, the big 5 animals found around i.e lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino, giraffe, wildebeest, antelope, and many others. you will also come across 500 bird species, later visit the Mara River where the migration of millions of wildebeest takes place, this is where you will have your lunch and you are not advised to feed the monkeys which will try to snatch some of your fruits, around here you will be able to spot hippo and crocodile grasping the wildebeest as they cross the river. later in the evening have a game drive exiting the park dinner and overnight at your hotel
On the day you will wake up at 0600 hours, have a morning game drive for 3 hours have an opportunity to spot predators hunting later you will be taken back to the hotel for breakfast followed by checkout, as you depart for Nairobi.
